1) Click "Tools"
from the top menu
2) Choose "Internet Options." This will open a window
3) Click the "General" tab if it is not already chosen.
4) Press the button "Delete Files"
5) Now you're ready. Just reload the page or click the link at

4) Press the 2 buttons, "Clear Memory Cashe" and "Clear
